1. Core Applications & Features

Road Bike (Daily / Training / Racing)

Application:Urban commuting, long-distance rides (200 km+), amateur races such as triathlon and road events.

Gear Range:

11–36T provides balanced performance.

11T for flat-road sprinting, 36T for 5–10% climbs.

Lightweight:

7075 aluminum alloy, approx. 110–165g.

Much lighter than steel (approx. 298–422g), reducing rotational weight and improving efficiency.

Strength:

Tensile strength 520–570 MPa.

Handles normal road pedaling torque (150–200 N·m).

Hollow optimized design improves fatigue resistance.

Light Gravel Riding

Application:

Mixed terrain (road + gravel + short unpaved sections).

Performance:

36T supports light climbing.

11T suitable for fast paved sections.

Note:

Can handle light vibration, but avoid heavy impacts, large rocks, and deep potholes to prevent deformation or cracks.

Long-Distance Touring (Light Load)

Application:

Light-load touring without heavy rear cargo.

Advantage:

Wide gear range reduces shifting frequency.

Lighter than steel cassette.

Warning:

Avoid overloading (over 10 kg rear cargo) to prevent deformation.

Not Recommended For

• High-intensity MTB or off-road jumping

• Professional sprint races (300+ N·m torque)

• Heavy cargo riding (20 kg+ load)

• Extreme climbing requiring 40T+

Steel cassette is recommended for those conditions.

Compatibility

Suitable for road and gravel bikes.

Compatible with Shimano 105 Di2 12-speed, SRAM RED eTap AXS 12-speed and similar road systems.

Not recommended for SRAM T-Type or certain proprietary chain systems.

Maintenance

• Inspect monthly for cracks

• Clean after every ride

• Lubricate chain every 500 km

• Replace cassette if excessive wear is detected

Recommended for riders ≤85 kg under non-extreme conditions.
